In early 2011, Sweet Frog was aggressively expanding into the North Carolina Market with their brand of soft serve yogurt. Harvey Architecture was hired to quickly design, document and permit the up-fit of the Sweet Frog brand into multiple locations throughout the state.
Over the course of two years we designed 5 new up-fits for multiple franchise owners; each one of these locations required a prototypical layout applied in very different shell spaces. We were able to assist the client by quickly producing the required construction documents and applying for a permit while the client pursued hiring a general contractor. This parallel process helped to fast-track the project in permitting and allowed the owner to open sooner.
