Main Street

This was an infill project of a vacant lot in downtown Belmont. It presented multiple design challenges; this project has a severely sloping lot and is within distance of a flood plain. This design incorporates commercial use at street level, underground parking, and residential units on the upper  floors. This project accommodates for a bar restaurant on the first floor, and 4 total residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floor with an elevator.
