Reinvestment Partners purchased a derelict property along Fayetteville Street in Durham, with the intention of renovating the wood framed building into office space for rehabilitation counseling. The historic four-square residence is slated for a significant remodel and will be re-purposed into office space. Our services included not only the architectural services but assisting the client with approval documents for Historic approval, a change of use and site plan approval. The project is currently in the design and document phase and more images will follow as the project progresses.
