Crestway Duplexes

Crestway Duplexes is a further development of the designs originally developed for Charlotte’s Uptown 3rd Ward along Westbrook Drive. However the Crestway site has a much wider lot dimension and a wider more open floor plan was developed. These units were designed to allow the living space to have direct access to private backyards and green space to the rear of the lot. This green space has stunning 100 + year old oak trees that help create a natural modern feel for the units.
