Park Place Apartments

Park Place is located in North Raleigh and is comprised of 20 apartment units arranged in two corridor style apartment buildings. The buildings are linearly organized along Mitchell Mill Road and are directly adjacent to a Family Dollar that was designed by Harvey Architecture in 2012. Zoning requirements limited the building to a two-story scheme, and special attention was paid to breaking the building down into smaller components and reducing the overall scale of the project.
