Magnolia Grove is located in North Raleigh, on a steeply sloping site along Louisburg Road. The project includes a 20-unit breezeway style apartment building with a two/three split – two stories on the parking lot side and three stories towards the rear. The program included two and three bedroom residential units with all units receiving either a private patio or balcony. The solution ended up as a simple and efficient design layout.
